the staff was very welcoming and helpful with our unusual request to keep some fish with us. the breakfast buffet was great with sufficient varieties. the nearby Loitz town proved to be a delightful visit. the recommended restaurant lived up to our expectations.

The Wi-Fi signal wasn't strong in our room and only worked in the reception area.

Great breakfast and helpful staff My partner and I enjoyed the breakfast spread with its variety and generous portions. the staff was also very helpful when it came to answering our questions about the nearby attractions and providing us with useful tips. We particularly appreciated their knowledge of the local language and customs which helped us to navigate the area better. the location was ideal as it allowed us to walk to most of the nearby attractions.

Poor Wi, Fi and expensive taxi rides the Wi, Fi connection was terrible in our room and we had to go to the reception area to use the internet. the constant switching between the rooms and lobby became tiresome.

During Christmas, me and my family went to this hotel and it was perfectly located near all the holiday activities. The breakfast was really good with many options and we also liked the friendly staff. They made us feel really welcome and comfortable during our stay. Plus, the room was pretty cozy and clean.

The wifi was awful. It barely worked and was down most of the time.
